What we collect from clients, how we use it, and how text messaging works.
MotionShift Media ("we", "us") is a creator management and content agency based in Atlanta, Georgia, operated by Andrew Baldwin. This policy explains what information we collect from clients and prospective clients, how we use it, and how we handle text messaging (SMS).
Information we collect
When you book a consultation or content session with us on our booking form, or contact us about one, we collect your name, mobile phone number, email address, Instagram or other social handle if you give it, and the details of your booking (date, time, meeting link, notes about the session).
How we use it
- To schedule and deliver the consultation or content session you booked.
- To send you appointment confirmations and reminders by email and, if you agreed to it, by text message.
- To contact you about your booking (for example, if it needs to be rescheduled).
- To invoice you for services you purchased.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we will send you appointment-related messages only: a confirmation when a booking is made, a reminder the day before, a reminder the day of, and a notice if the appointment is rescheduled. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per appointment. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email business.drewbookings@gmail.com.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business, such as our scheduling system, email provider, text-messaging provider (Twilio) and payment processor (Square), and only so they can perform those services for us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Retention and security
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Access to client records is limited to MotionShift Media team members and protected by login.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing business.drewbookings@gmail.com. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
