Booking terms and the SMS Terms of Service for appointment texts.
These terms apply to clients and prospective clients who book a consultation or content session with MotionShift Media, a creator management and content agency in Atlanta, Georgia, operated by Andrew Baldwin.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation by email or text. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Pricing and deliverables for content sessions are agreed with you in writing before the session.
SMS Terms of Service
Program name: MotionShift Media appointment confirmations and reminders.
Program description: When you book a consultation or content session and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from MotionShift Media: a confirmation when the booking is made, a reminder the day before, a reminder the day of, and a notice if the appointment is rescheduled. We do not send marketing or promotional texts under this program.
How you opt in: You give us your mobile number and agree to receive these messages when you book, by ticking the optional consent box on our booking form, or directly with our team, either verbally (by phone or in person) or in writing (by Instagram direct message or email), confirming with a clear yes. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per appointment.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details of your plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to resubscribe.
Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email business.drewbookings@gmail.com.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Mobile information and text-messaging consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version.
